HustleFund
Creativity reaches beyond the walls of our agency, it’s a part of how our people thrive outside of work. The MullenLowe LA office wanted to capture that passion, those hidden talents, and off-beat interests, so we launched HustleFund—an iniative to support people’s side hustles and promote more creativity within the agency culture. We named, branded, and developed the program that gives anyone in any department funding to make their creative outlet into a reality. The program’s visual language celebrates personality and play while weaving in that bit of chaos inevitable in the creative process. With an expressive logo and simplified color palette anchored in vibrant green, we created a fresh tone for the program to ignite new ideas and encourage submissions.
