Real Good Stories
United’s brand DNA is built on the goodwill and compassion of their employees, constantly elevating routine daily interactions into extraordinary moments that impact their passengers’ lives. From a cancer survivor who’s celebrated mid-flight with a special announcement, to finding a mother the last seat on the last flight out to make it home for her son’s graduation, and even a little girl being reunited with her beloved camera, these moments highlight the humanity at the heart of United's mission.
To elevate the testimonial nature of these stories, we translated each narrative through visually captivating stop-motion animation. Using curated artifacts from each passenger's life, and their real voices, we unpacked the emotional arcs of their experiences to show how United goes above and beyond, making even the most routine interaction into something truly memorable and meaningful to their customers.
